The story

What we do

FF Forest is an asset-driven business focused on acquiring, managing, and scaling forest land.

We operate across the full lifecycle of the asset - from acquisition and active management to long-term monetization and refinancing.

Together with forestry and valuation partners, we combine operational execution, real asset management, and technology-driven transparency.

This is not a financial concept or speculative model.
It is an operating business built on real assets.

How the model works

FF Forest acquires undervalued forest land through structured transactions across selected regions.

The land is actively managed to improve timber volume, forest quality, and long-term asset value through biological growth and operational optimization.

Value is generated through multiple revenue streams - including timber harvesting, land appreciation, and carbon-related instruments.

As assets mature, projects can be refinanced through institutional capital, supporting further growth and operational stability.

Visitors can explore an interactive map displaying both acquired and upcoming forest plots, ensuring transparency and full traceability across all projects.

Access

FF Forest operates primarily with institutional capital partners, while selected participation is made available through FF (Family & Friends) access. Participation is limited, selectively approved, and structured alongside long-term core capital to support disciplined growth and operational stability.

Why this market

Latvia is our starting point because it offers the right combination of forest availability, operational stability, and established forestry infrastructure. More than half of the country is covered by forest, with an active transaction market and favorable long-term climate conditions, including low wildfire risk.

This creates a stable environment for acquiring, managing, and scaling forest assets efficiently - with expansion potential across the Baltics, Nordics, and the broader European market.
