The FF Forest Loyalty & Rewards Guide: How to Maximize Your Impact

At FF Forest, we believe that long-term commitment to sustainable forestry deserves meaningful recognition. Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward you from your very first contribution, through your portfolio's growth, and for every year you stay active.

New User Welcome Bonus

We want to help your portfolio take root immediately. Every new user is eligible for a Welcome Bonus during their first month on the platform.

• 1% Cashback: For the first 30 calendar days after registration, you earn a 1% bonus on every allocation you make.

• Instant Reward: This is credited as a cashback directly to your FF Forest account balance as soon as the allocation to the project is confirmed.

• Maximum Benefit: You can earn up to €1,000 in total welcome bonuses during this period.

Tiered Rewards & Yield Bonuses

Your loyalty tier is automatically determined by your total portfolio size. These bonuses are added to your Base Yield at the end of each cycle, ensuring that as your portfolio grows, your returns do too. The Loyalty Yield Boost is applied only after the full project cycle has been completed.

This means:

• For a 6-month project, the bonus applies after 6 months

• For a 12-month project, the bonus applies after 12 months

• For a 2-year project, the bonus applies after the full 2 years

If a project is exited early through the Early Exit option, the Loyalty Yield Boost does not apply.

Time-Based Loyalty Uplift

Stay active to unlock permanent yield advantages. For every year of continuous participation (maintaining a portfolio of ≥ €500), you earn an additional +0.1% permanent uplift on your total return, up to a maximum of +0.4%.

• Year 1: +0.1% uplift

• Year 2: +0.2% uplift (+0.1% added)

• Year 3: +0.3% uplift (+0.1% added)

• Year 4+: +0.4% Maximum Uplift

The Success Formula:

Final Return = Base Yield + Tier Bonus + Loyalty Uplift

Final Calculation Example

If you have €45,000 allocated and have stayed active with us for 3 years, your final return on a new project is boosted automatically:

• Base Yield: 16.7%

• Steward Tier Bonus: +0.6%

• 3-Year Loyalty Uplift: +0.3%

Your Total Annual Return: 17.6%

The Key Rule: To keep these bonuses, simply maintain at least €500 in your account and complete the full investment cycle.

How Loyalty Bonuses Apply

The FF Forest Loyalty Program officially launched on March 24th, 2026.

While we used historical account data — such as your total allocated amount and how long you have been with FF Forest — to determine your Loyalty Tier at the time of launch, the Loyalty bonuses themselves apply only to projects launched from March 24th, 2026 onwards.

This means your previous activity helped determine which Tier you belong to, and your Tier bonuses now apply to all eligible upcoming project participations after the Loyalty Program launch.

Projects launched before the Loyalty Program began already carried higher base interest rates (such as 18% and 17.6%), therefore the new Tier Bonus and Loyalty Yield Boost are not applied to those earlier projects.

For all eligible new projects, your bonuses are automatically applied based on:

• Your Loyalty Tier (determined using your historical total allocated amount)

• Your Loyalty Yield Boost (determined using your historical years of activity with FF Forest)

You can view your active Tier directly in your dashboard at any time.

Referral Program: Share the Growth

Invite friends to join the mission and earn rewards for your collective impact. All referral rewards are credited as withdrawable cash directly to your FF Forest Wallet, allowing you to reinvest or withdraw as you see fit.

• Fixed Reward (€10–€20): Earn a flat cash bonus (based on your current loyalty tier) the moment your friend completes their first contribution. This is credited to your wallet instantly.

• Portfolio Bonus (1%): Receive an additional 1% reward based on your friend’s total allocated portfolio (up to €1,000 per referred friend).

  • The Earning Window: This is calculated based on the total amount your friend allocates during their first 2 weeks (Extended to 3 weeks for Grower, Steward and 4 weeks for Legacy tiers).

• Payment Timing: This is calculated as a single lump sum after the window ends and credited as a separate transaction labeled “Referral Portfolio-Based Reward.”

Referral Example: The Steward Tier

If you are a Steward Tier investor (holding €40k–€100k) and you invite a friend, here is how you earn:

• Step 1: The Quick Bonus You get €20 the moment your friend makes their very first allocation.

• Step 2: The Portfolio Bonus You get a 1% commission on everything they allocates during their first 3 weeks. If they allocates €20,000, you earn €200.

Total Reward: €220

Maintaining Your Status & Inactivity

To ensure the program rewards sustained and meaningful participation, we use a simple €500 Threshold for activity:

• Portfolio Minimum: A participant is considered inactive if their outstanding portfolio falls below €500 at any point. In this case, the loyalty duration counter resets to zero and the tier reverts to Explorer.

• Re‑Contribution Grace Period: If your principal is repaid at the end of a cycle and you add funds again, your loyalty tier and duration remain unchanged. Rewards are only lost if you withdraw your funds instead of keeping them in the platform.
